Friends do not have pastors or a separate clergy. Instead, we believe everyone can serve and lead in different ways, and the spiritual work of the Meeting is shared by all. Much of the Meeting’s work is done through committees. Committees share updates, ideas, and recommendations during Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business. Taking part in committee work helps support the organization of the Meeting.
